So you’ve finally selected your
perfect hot tub and the next step is ordering it. At Combined Shipping we strive to make our
hot tub delivery and installation process as simple and stress free as possible. All our hot tub prices include VAT and our shipping options and costs are displayed at the checkout so there are no costly surprises throughout the ordering and delivery process.
Step One - Select and configure your hot tub
Once you've chosen your
hot tub, it’s time to choose the shell and cabinet colour. This is simply done by checking a box from a list of optional colours. After that you then have the option to add extras. Adding extras at the same time as buying your hot tub is a great way to save money on some hot tub essentials. Our bronze, silver, gold and platinum packages each include a bundle of hot tub essentials and helpful extras at a 20% discount.
Step two – Choose Delivery Option
Once you have configured your hot tub and added it to basket you can now choose how you would like your hot tub to be delivered. We offer two delivery options: our kerbside hot tub delivery and our hot tub delivery and positioning service.
Kerbside delivery service
With our kerbside hot tub delivery service we will simply deliver the hot tub to your home and unload it from our delivery vehicle. You are then responsible for moving your hot tub into position.
Delivery and Positioning Service
This is a two man delivery service in which we will move your hot tub for you into your desired position. We use a special spa kart to move and lower your hot tub into place. For tighter gaps we use a spa sled. We generally require a minimum 105cm width to move a hot tub into your garden. However if it’s a particularly tight squeeze or difficult space we can arrange a crane service for an additional fee. To arrange a crane service or get a quote please don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us an email.
If you would prefer to
collect your hot tub yourself, you are welcome to pick it up from our distribution centre in Leicestershire.
Please note our positioning service is not an installation service. The electric set up of your spa will need to be carried out by an electrician. Plug and play hot tubs can simply be plugged into an outdoor socket.
Step 3 - Complete Checkout Process
If you have chosen either our kerbside or positioning hot tub delivery service simply hit the checkout now button and follow the checkout process until completed. If you require a more custom delivery service such as crane hire, or would like to pick up your hot tub from our distribution centre then please contact us via phone or email to discuss your requirements with us. Step 4 – Excitedly await the arrival of your hot tub! The lead times of our hot tubs will vary on stock levels. For hot tubs that are in stock at our warehouse, we aim to deliver to you within 2-3 days of ordering. For hot tubs in transit to our warehouse from the factory lead times vary between 3 and 10 weeks. If your hot tub requires building from scratch at the factory then lead time is around 10 – 12 weeks.
