Hydrotherapy is the Greek word meaning water healing, by owning your very own Hot Tub you have the use of its healing powers. The warm waters and buoyancy allows you to gently exercise without the impact, improves circulation and relaxes those muscles. There are many forms of exercises that can be carried out in the Hot Tub and what is suitable for each individual would need to be discussed with the Doctor or Physiotherapist.

My Story 9 weeks post fracture.
9 weeks on after a fractured leg, receiving the first hand benefits of owning a Hot Tub. This is definitely speeding up my recovery with physio exercises. Muscle atrophy is a nightmare, time consuming trying to regain range of movement.
Submerging in the warm waters with hydrotherapy jets on being weightless is so much easier to bear. Many leg lifts and knee bends later I am now -10 / +95 in range of movement. The warm water is also improving my mood, reducing stress, improving mobility and helping reduce stiffness.
